Product Manager, imagine products while dreaming. From humanities studies to the great universe of Beauty by pure chance. Nail Care is now her home. He chose to train, in 2003, with the best international Brands, immediately acquiring the qualification of Trainer. The deep desire is to bring value to the industry; to do so, he designs sustainable solutions for people and the environment. Its know-how has led to the filing of as many as 12 patents, being granted the first five to date. His mood has always been, 'if you can dream it, you can do it.' In 2019 he founded LEB World with a clear vision, to create differentiating value, for nail care professionals and consumers, worldwide.

A manager with 20 years' experience in the professional aesthetics industry, he has consolidated his skills as Sales and Business Development Director by creating, developing and coordinating sales networks and contributing to the success of important companies, with an international scope. Pragmatic, determined and enterprising, he has a strong interest in all those projects that have innovation, research and environmental sustainability in their DNA, elements that are the real mood of new market trends, including for the consumer of tomorrow. The 'main objective is to create and develop defined and differentiating projects by having a clear mission.

MMO Dante de Letteriis

A 2008 graduate in Marketing & Business Communication from La Sapienza University in Rome, he began his career path as a Sales & Marketing Assistant and in a very short time moved from the role of Digital Sales Account to Agency Business Developer. After more than a decade at 3rdPLACE, where he oversaw some of the top clients, he decided to begin an entrepreneurial journey that led him to found a company in the beauty and e-commerce fields, as well as invest in tech/digital companies including Altura Labs, where he is a Partner and Senior Advisor. Today he has substantial knowledge of traditional marketing and communication, solid skills in digital marketing and online business development. Since 2012, he has also been a Lecturer in Digital Marketing at ASVI - Social Change School; PRAXI - Wolksvagen Group Digital Manager Training; Unioncamere - Digital Excellence Project.

CTO Paolo Tarabotti

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, with more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetic sector of nails, lips and eyes applicators. He managed to combine the technical skills of his training and those acquired over time with the expectations of customers and of the market in terms of innovative and functional products. He has developed applicators with all the major players on the market, both final brands and contractors, becoming a privileged interlocutor for the study of new products.
CLO Sabino Sernia

CLO Sabino Sernia

Graduated from LUISS University in Rome in 2006. Throughout his career, he has worked in leading national and international firms, including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Heussen and Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati as well as as in-house in Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.a. In 2021, together with attorney Celeste Liso, he established OnLex Studio Associato. Sabino routinely handles corporate, civil and intellectual property law, as well as international negotiations, assisting domestic and international clients.
